Swedish
Massage / Holistic Massage - is a relaxing body massage
using oils that works to reduce tension and stiffness in many muscles
of the body. You can receive a 'top to toe' massage which incorporates
work on the arms, legs, stomach (if wished) upper chest, neck, face

Deep
Tissue Massage - is a massage technique that focuses on
the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This is achieved by using the
elbows, forearms and thumbs to release the chronic patterns of tension
in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted
areas.
Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may
cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, you
should feel better than ever within a day or two.

Seated
Acupressure Massage - Acupressure is an ancient treatment
technique with its origins in the Orient that has been given a 21st
Century makeover, tailoring the treatment for today's fast-paced,
stress-driven work-place environment.
The treatment is received through clothes on a specially designed
massage chair working on acupressure points on the head, neck, shoulders,
arms, hands and back. It significantly reduces stress and muscular
tension in the upper body by concentrating on the areas most affected
by prolonged repetitive work, such as working at a desk or computer
station. This massage leaves the client feeling wonderfully relaxed,
pampered and calm yet energised and alert.

Thai
Massage - also known as Thai Yoga Massage or Traditional
Thai Massage is performed fully clothed (no oils are used) on
a mattress on the floor. The massage works on an energy line system
(Sen Lines) through which the body's natural life force flows. The
massage combines soothing massage techniques where the therapist uses
thumb pressure similar to acupressure and applied yoga stretches.
Thai Massage is now becoming increasingly popular world-wide for relieving
stress and stress related disorders. In this way it works effectively
on skin, muscle, the organs and the skeletal structure. Blood and
lymph circulation are increased and toxins are removed from tissues.

Thai
Foot Massage - is a massage of the lower legs and feet.
Unlike Reflexology, Thai massage is not diagnostic but works to
stimulate all the reflex zones of the feet in every treatment with
the additional bonus of some of Thai massage techniques that stimulate
energy flow in the legs and stretch the ankles and feet as well.
Table Thai Massage - is adapted for use on the massage
couch for those who prefer a table to a mattress on the floor. This
massage still incorporates some of the Thai massage postures and
stretches in a normal Thai massage through clothes using palming,
thumbing and elbows.
Thai Hand and Foot Massage
- Still using the techniques from Thai massage but with emphasis
on the hands and feet. This massage involves stretching, thumbing
and palming to releases blocked energy and freeing the body's own
natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony.

Thai
Chair Massage - The treatment is received through clothes
on a specially designed massage chair and the techniques used are
from routines used in the full Thai massage. The therapist uses hands,
and elbows to apply pressure together with a combination of stretching;
this massage is firmer than the Seated Acupressure Massage or onsite
massage.

Reiki
- (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy,
an energy which is all around us. The method of receiving a Reiki
treatment from a practitioner is a very simple process. The treatment
is performed on a couch or chair. There is no need to remove any clothing
as the practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a
sequence of positions with each position held for several minutes
covering the whole body. The whole person is treated rather than specific
symptoms.
