Todays busy lifestyles evolve around work and family activities, which in some cases can lead to stress, a major cause of illness these days. This is a common problem in many people and one way to help this is to relax and to take time out from our hectic lifestyles.

This is where massage and other complementary therapies can help. Massage is a good stress buster and
relieves tension.

The benefits of massage are rewarding for both your body and your health. It improves health by acting directly on the body's muscular, nervous, circulatory and immune systems.

Benefits of massage therapy include:
• Developing and maintaining your physical function
• Relaxing tense muscles
• Relieving or preventing physical
dysfunction and pain
•Improving circulation and immune system functionality
• Reducing stress
• Relaxing the mind
• Improving blood flow
• Increasing overall feeling of well-being

John & Debby Morrow are fully insured, qualified practitioners of Holistic Therapies. We practice from our specially converted therapy room at our home in Langham
